Terms of Loan Application

All statements made by applicants are treated as true and accurate, such information provided by applicants shall form part of any subsequent agreement.

All applicants for loans must be over 18 years of age.

When applying for a loan you accept that it is your responsibility to keep up the repayments. All secured or homeowner loans are secured against your property and you understand that if you do not keep up your payments, you may loose your home. Legally we need your permission to do a credit search, and the permission of anyone you have a link with. By submitting our application you agree to give us and our service providers this permission.

Rejected Applications

Nobody has a right to receive a loan. Loans are always granted at the discretion of the lending company. Quick Policies cannot be held responsible if you are not provided by a loan for an reason. If you wish to know why you have been refused the loan you have requested, via this website, you should contact the specific lender in your case.

If you are refused credit because of a computerised credit scoring system you can ask the lender for an explanation of how their credit scoring works. The lender may charge a small fee for providing this information. You should contact the lender in all refusal cases.
